What is the role?
Under the direction of a manager to be responsible for leading a team of social workers and support staff in ensuring that assessments and reviews are completed timeously in line with national and local performance targets.
Promote a positive performance culture across the Partnership.
The Grade of this post is Grade 4 / Level 12; the hourly rate is from £26.91 to £28.55 and the annual salary is from £49,111 to £52,104.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidates will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal Offer of Employment being made.
