Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Green Gardens Day Centre, Peebles

Hours: 14 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary*: £18.86 - £20.47 per hour/ £34,426.94 - £337,365.19 pro rata per annum

Qualifications: SVQ4 or equivalent in relevant field

Training: All training is provided

Requirements: PVG Adults – we will do this for you! SSSC registered

The Role

Leading a team of staff to ensure the delivery of person-centred practical and emotional support is met to a high standard, as outlined in individual support plans.

Provide your team with supervision and support.

Promote the health and well-being of the people we support and ensure their needs are met in an inclusive way.

Monitor and review the care provided to all Service User's on an on-going basis and report to the Manager.
