Job Description

The Team Leader, Planned Works and Compliance, (Housing) is accountable to the Senior Manager (Property) and is responsible for the management of the professional staff, craft operatives, consultants and contractors required to deliver services in relation to the Council’s Housing property portfolio. The jobholder is responsible for evaluating activities and working methods and re-prioritising within established parameters and will be directly responsible for the implementation of personnel practice and procedures within their service area.
