An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with experience in social care who is talented and enthusiastic to complete our leadership team in Falkirk North, as we embark on the next stage of our journey to delivering truly outstanding, highly personalised, support services.

Then you could be Key!, As the Team Manager you will lead, but also be part of a dedicated team, you will work closely with colleagues to share responsibility for the day-to-day running of all elements of service.

This will include leading and supporting staff; ensuring the work of all staff is co-ordinated effectively; whilst also offering practice leadership and direct support for the supported individuals.

You will need to have some flexibility to work various shift patterns and you will participate in out of hours support to teams, on a rotational basis.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with people in the care and / or support sector and, just as importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate an innovative and empathetic approach to delivering services.

You will understand person-centred support and be just as passionate about it as we are.

Experience of leadership is important as you will play a lead role in the management team to support and develop your small staff team.

As part of the leadership team, you will be fully involved in the delivery of excellent, personalised services.

People we support are actively involved in everything we do through our strong partnership with TAG (The Advisory Group) - a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation run by disabled people.

TAG supports people to play a central role, alongside our Board of Directors, in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring the quality of our services.
