Full Job Description

Barnardo's Works are looking to recruit a Team Manager to support our work with

young people across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

This role will play a key part in supporting the service grow and assist developing our offer for

young people. This will involve managing contract performance of our core

contracts and working closely with key partners.

The service is looking for an individual with strong skills in performance management, employability knowledge and strong networking skills.

About the Service - Barnardo's Works Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire

Barnardo's Works has been delivering employability provision across the North East for fourteen

Years.

The service provides a range of employability support for young people aged 16-24

years old. This includes group work, SQA accredited training and 1-1 support. Our

service provides support from our premises in Aberdeen and in clusters across

Aberdeenshire. Our service delivers contracts that focus on construction, childcare and also work closely with a range of other sectors.
