Full Job Description

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and City Square office within Adolescent Team 1, you will work full time, 37 hours per week., You will provide professional leadership as first line manager with day to day operational management responsibility for a team or teams of staff delivering front line social work services, whilst ensuring high standards of practice parameters and service provision are maintained.

You will have a degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW, CSS (with appropriate option)., You will have proven post qualifying experience, working knowledge of relevant legislation, supervision skills, leadership qualities, organisational skills, knowledge of teams.

You will have the ability to advise and respond in crisis situations, be able to understand the safety issues in managing staff and committed to supporting staff.

You will occasionally be required to work evenings and/or be contactable at home with the ability to travel efficiently in the course of duties.
