Full Job Description

As a Technical Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Diageo Global Engineering Safety and Compliance team by ensuring that the legal and technical documentation issued by the functional team are delivered on time and in full.,

  • Supporting, developing, and implementing management systems and procedures
  • Maintaining shared files and updating procedures supporting Hazard and Operability studies (HAZOP'S), Process Risk Assessments (PRA's) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA ) management.
  • Participating in and documenting outputs of hazard analysis studies.
  • Collating, analysing, and evaluating information for reports required by functional engineers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Calculation of basic statistical information using spreadsheets
  • Ad-hoc administrative support

    Experience in using Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills. Experience using Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, to communicate and liaise effectively with internal and external partners.
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions.
  • Basic understanding of Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles.
  • An understanding of Engineering terminologies would be an advantage but is not essential.
