We are currently recruiting for a Technical Assistant to join the Team at our ENTEQ Offices. The role is to provide technical administrative assistance as part of our Technical Services department.,

• Support the Technical Services Team by providing general administration and technical assistance to the team leads and job responsible engineers.
• Preparation of Integrity work packs for piping, structures and vessels.
• Marking up structural and piping technical drawings, marking test points and P&IDs for inspection action.
• Data input using various integrity software packages
• General filing and administration duties as required
  
  Candidates should possess the following:
• English and Mathematics to National 4 / equivalent or higher (essential)
• Proficient understanding of PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project Planner (essential)
• Experience in an Administrative role
• Oil and Gas industry experience in a similar role (desirable although not essential)
• Experience of using databases (preferred)
• Good numerical and analytical skills (essential)
• Experience in a technical environment with P&ID's, Isometrics, Structural drawings (desirable)
• Good organisational and time management skills
