Job Description

Requirements

You will have ​HNC/SVQ3 in building or relevant science based discipline or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

You will work as a part of the team to provide effective delivery of the statutory functions and services undertaken by the Environment / Public Health Section within Regulatory Services.

The Individual

You will have experience in building related trade and / or experience working in public health / pollution control field with a relevant enforcement agency along with experience in communicating with the public, business community and with other professional disciplines. Knowledge of technical developments and their application in the building and construction industry and good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing is essential. You will be able to undertake out of hours work as required and have current driving licence.
