Managing overall PPM. and reactive maintenance delivery across the social housing portfolio in Glasgow.

Ensuring the team delivers an exceptional and effective customer focussed maintenance service.

Use in house staff and contractors to carry out works as required, managing the process and compliance.

Manage all technical compliance across the housing and make sure the department is always audit ready.

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to manage a leading contract across a Social Housing portfolio in Glasgow. Working alongside the projects and voids teams, you will be in charge of planned maintenance and reactive works across properties in the area. Managing a team of supervisors, engineers, administrators, planners and sub-contractors, your department will be in charge or completing ppm works and compliance documentation as well as referring on any more substantial projects work to the repairs department. In this role you'll be managing a budget of £1.2m so must be commercial/financially astute and have good technical and people management skills., Understanding of and experience in managing a technical team
