Full Job Description

To support EPFL's oversight of its ACD-only Fund Sponsors and Delegate Service Partners (delegates). To primarily monitor the performance of delegates' Transfer Agency services, and support oversight of Portfolio Valuation (NAV Production) and Financial Reporting services, to ensure they perform within all relevant laws, regulations and agreed service levels.,

  • Assist in daily oversight operations, ensuring tasks are documented and completed on time, and resolve issues and queries from delegates, escalating as needed.
  • Document, periodically review, and update departmental procedures to ensure they remain current and effective
  • Engage proactively with the EPFL Relationship Management Team to ensure professional and timely management of dealings with EPFL Sponsors and funds, and keep senior management informed of all developments and risks.
  • Conduct oversight of Transfer Agency services to ensure prompt and competent delivery by delegates, and support oversight of Portfolio Valuation (NAV Production) and Financial Reporting as required.
  • Support change management activities within the organization to ensure smooth transitions and implementations.
  • Ensure fair treatment of sponsors and end-investors, maintain open and transparent interactions with external entities, thoroughly investigate breaches, and understand the regulatory framework, including key areas such as Financial Crime, CASS, Conflicts of Interest, and Data Protection.
  • Monitor compliance with EPFL Outsourcing and Delegation policies, provide input to Relationship Management & Business Development teams, and ensure all parties receive necessary information to fulfill their obligations.
  • Manage records and data according to Group policy, analyze management information to identify risks and opportunities, apply decision-making processes consistently, and support senior management in risk management efforts.
