Location: Dundee (on-Site)

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual to join the Information Products (technical writing & 3D design) team within our Shared Services group based at NCR Atleos, Discovery Centre in Dundee. This is a rare opportunity to join a small but dedicated team of hardware technical authors and 3D designers, during a period of strategic transformation and growth.

• Create and update a range of customer and service publications for NCR Atleos hardware products.
• Publications include ATM (Automated Teller Machine) site preparation, installation, operator, service, and parts manuals.

Required Skills And Experience

• Experience in an engineering, technical writing, or technical customer service role.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have a sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task.
• Customer focus / user-centred design awareness.
• Ensure adherence to standards.
• Systematic and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management process and stakeholder roles.
