Job Description

Based within Technical Services (part of Financial Services/Facilities Management) and reporting to the Technical Officer you will provide technical support to operational staff whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

The key responsibilities of the role include repairing and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment whilst developing technical skills and expertise and delivering high level of reactive and planned maintenance service.

You will ensure all information relating to asset management is documented and up to date information is available for all equipment.

In addition, you will ensure and maximise the use of recycled equipment across all service areas, escalating any complex situations to the Technical Officer.
