Full Job Description
Over the three years, you'll gain experience spanning the delivery lifecycle, from initially shaping a project through to design and technical delivery. You'll start with immediate exposure to client requests, managing fixes and handling incidents, and building up familiarity with some of our core tools, languages, and frameworks such as .NET/Python, ReactJS, Terraform and many more.
If you have a team-first mindset, are curious to learn from others and have a willingness to share what you learn, we will give you the knowledge to be able to hit the ground running with an 11-week Engineering Bootcamp prior to you joining the business., You'll be part of collaborative, agile teams, working with other talented engineers, product owners, user experience designers and business analysts.
As part of your three-year blended programme, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of different technical disciplines, ensuring that you develop a varied skillset, with the ability to specialise should you choose to, including Software Engineering, Data, Cyber, Automation, Microsoft Business Services and Cloud Engineering.
Another team you may join is the Tax Technology Software Engineering team. This team focuses on delivering platforms and tools to our Tax & Law clients and colleagues. You'll be involved in a SAFe/Scrum agile software development process that develops well-architected, well-engineered, cloud-native web applications using the latest tools, techniques, taking a test-driven development approach, including full continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
If you're curious, dedicated and want to work with the latest technologies, you'll thrive in Technology Engineering., Qualification: In-house training and external platform learning (Technology-focused learning and training - no formal qualification), 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
