Full Job Description

My Client, a well respected organisation in the Aberdeen area, are looking to take on a Telecommunications Support Engineer on a full time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will support a wide range of clients in and around Aberdeen with telecoms and telephony, as well as some networking issues, both on site as well as remotely via the service desk.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Service Desk Support

On Premises Support For Clients

Routing and Switching Troubleshooting

Telephony Support

This role would be suited to someone with great customer support skills, and 1-2 years experience working within IT/Telecoms roles. A good eye for detail is required as well as a desire to learn and develop. Although some experience within IT is required, full training will be provided on the telecommunications side.
