Telecommunications Support Specialist

Exciting opportunity with market leading business in Aberdeen city centre, a role aimed at candidates who have perhaps recently graduated or looking to pivot from a Helpdesk role into one where they can specialise in Telecomms.

The role will see you work within a Service Desk set up, but with regular on site client visits also where required, so a full clean, drivers licence is preferred.

Technically you will focus on troubleshooting any telephony, routing and switching issues, and would suit someone with strong customer service skills and a base level of IT skills, with full training to be provided on the Telecomms aspects.
