Full Job Description
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and customer focused Telesales Manager to lead and inspire our Scottish telesales team. This role will be based in our Edinburgh Depot and will be responsible for a telesales team of around 20 - 25 sales advisors based out of our Edinburgh and Glasgow Depot's.
The successful Telesales Manager will instil a high-performing sales culture, driving the team to identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities while diligently achieving set KPIs and targets. In this role you are responsible for the achievement of the targeted sales levels and productivity targets for the Depot, through the effective leadership and direction of the telesales department.
As part of the Depot Management Team you are also responsible for contributing to the overall success of the Depot by achieving targeted depot profit through maintaining standards of customer service and cost control.

proven leadership experience within a fast-paced sales and customer management environment, for example, in a contact centre or sales floor environment
the ability to build, manage and drive sales performance with a team of Sales Advisors and team leaders
experience of working in collaboration with other departments to maximise the customer experience and increase sales
be a hands on, resilient leader who can lead from the front and navigate a changing environment
be confident and forward thinking approach to sales with excellent communication skills
