Temporary Cashroom Assistant

Three Bridges Recruitment is currently working with an organisation in Glasgow who are looking to recruit a Cashroom Assistant on an initial temporary contract. You will provide support and work as part of a legal cashier team handling client cash and transactions ensuring compliance is maintained.

This role is an ideal role for a finance assistant with legal experience or accounts clerk looking for a progression opportunity.

Job

The role of Cashroom Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Input and process data accurately and promptly onto the firm’s invoicing system
• Reconcile and replicate data across systems as appropriate
• Liaise with fee-earners regarding transactions
• Use online banking systems for processing payments
• Provide audit evidence and ensure compliance with Law Society rules for client funds
• Work as part of the team, supporting and advising as appropriate
