Temporary HR Officer

We are recruiting  an HR Officer on behalf of an exciting organisation based in Edinburgh. This is a temporary, part-time role, ideal for someone seeking flexibility. You’ll be working 3 days per week, with Friday as a must, but the other two days can be flexible. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Managing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Addressing employee inquiries, handling grievances, and resolving workplace issues to ensure a positive work environment.
• Assisting in performance appraisal processes, setting objectives, and supporting performance improvement plans.

What We Offer:

• Hybrid working: split your time between home and office
• £14.60 per hour, paid weekly
• A temporary role running until approximately Christmas
