Temporary Marketing Assistant

This organisation is a large public sector organisation based in Musselburgh. This organisation is seeking support from a marketing assistant to cover a period of sickness in their team.
Your new role
This role is primarily focussed on maintaining website content and website administration. This role also provides important support for wider marketing and communications activities across the department, including general administration. This is an exciting role for an individual with a passion or emerging interest in digital and a strong desire to learn, create, contribute and innovate, while embedding themselves fully in a Marketing and Communications Office.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience using a web content management system (WCMS). Experience of having strong copy writing and editing skills with experience of writing for the web. Experience of using online social media for business purposes.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered an initial 7-week temporary contract supporting the organisation on a period of sick leave cover. This role will be 3 days at home and 2 days in their Musselburgh office. This will be paid at 13 per hour.
