Tendering Project Manager

Overview:

The Tending Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Marine Geophysical Service Line.

Within the role you will be responsible for commercial strategy implementation, proposal preparation and delivery, contract negotiation and client management within in the process of business acquisition for securing contracts for projects.

Duties:

• Engaging with clients to understand and support their requirements.
• Maintain and develop client relationships and business support.
• Handling formal inquiries for proposal development and business offers, followed by the review of such invitations and the subsequent management leading to the delivery of the company's response.
• Preparing pre-qualification and winning proposal documentation and quotations.
• Managing and engaging with an extensive internal stakeholder network is crucial to securing winning proposal offers that meet desired commercial performance.
• Negotiating, accepting, scheduling, and planning for contract awards.
• Supporting internal Project and Business Performance Reviews, as well as those with your client base, is crucial for facilitating client satisfaction, securing repeat business, and driving future business improvements.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working:

3 days office, 2 days home
