Full Job Description

As a Territory Manager for specific, you will be at the forefront of our commercial activities. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and market penetration within your designated territory. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with local key accounts and our dealer network, ensuring that our financial products and services are effectively delivered and aligned with the needs of our customers., You'll be working closely with the South and East team-a high-performing group of Sales Directors, Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers who are passionate about exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration will be key, as you'll partner with them to align financial solutions with business objectives and customer needs.,

  • You'll nurture and strengthen relationships with key accounts and dealer networks across the South & East, driving long-term success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
  • Manage the full business cycle, from quotations to risk management, ensuring stable portfolio performance.
  • Leverage your credit knowledge and creative thinking to structure flexible, tailored financial deals that benefit customers while meeting VFS objectives.
  • Champion new products and services while proactively seeking fee income opportunities.
  • Lead dealer training sessions and provide valuable coaching to junior sales professionals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and leverage local insights to meet evolving needs.
  • Your success will be measured by more than just sales numbers-it's about elevating customer satisfaction, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.

  • A wealth of experience in selling financial products and managing credit portfolios, within the asset finance industry.
  • Expertise in the commercial vehicle and business solutions market will be advantageous.
  • You will have a strong background in Business, Finance, or Marketing (a degree is advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience in sales training and territory management
  • Strong credit knowledge, creative thinking, and ability to deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • The ability to navigate international environments and tackle diverse challenges.
  • Skills to analyse financial information and turn it into actionable results.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs, with a commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions that maximize value through products and services.
