Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a leader in the technical equipment sales industry in growing their Sales Team.  They are looking for a skilled Territory Sales Manager to boost direct sales across the US and Canada, as well as develop distributor partnerships throughout South America.

Our client is a leader in specialised equipment systems, selling to universities, government labs, scientific institutions, and high-tech companies. They are expanding their team to bring in a knowledgeable Territory Sales Manager to strengthen their presence in the Americas.

As the Territory Sales Manager, your role will focus on direct sales in the US and Canada, along with managing a select group of distributors in South America. This position offers an exciting blend of customer relationship management, business development, and high-value sales in the precision materials space.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Have a deep understanding of the technical products and industry.
  • Foster existing client relationships while identifying new direct sales opportunities.
  • Grow and enhance the distributor network in South America to strengthen the sales channel.
  • Travel to customer sites to support sales, promote products, and provide training.
  • Collaborate on sales strategy and keep CRM records updated with accurate forecasts.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 5+ years in technical sales, specifically in scientific, semiconductor or capital equipment sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Demonstrated success in long cycle, consultative sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A keenness to travel up to 30% of the time.

If this sound like you, please submit your CV below or contact Sarah Montgomery-Chatham for more information or with any questions.

At Iconic Resourcing, we understand that not all candidates will meet every desired qualification or skill listed for the job positions posted on behalf of our clients.
