Full Job Description

We have exciting opportunities for Therapy Assistant Practitioners who are passionate about rehabilitation.

The Community Rehab Beds Team provides multidisciplinary assessment and rehabilitation for adults who are in the community beds across the Falkirk council area. The team is made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy assistants and Rehab Support workers and cover the Boness Community Hospital, Falkirk Community Hospital , Summerford House, Cunningham House and a number of other care homes.                                                                                                                   

If you are committed to providing excellent patient care are flexible in your approach and enjoy collaborative team working then the Community Rehab Bed Team will offer you the opportunity to further develop your skills. Therapy Assistant Practitioners are a valued and highly respected part of the service and are key to delivering Allied Health Professional programmes alongside registered Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists.

The service provides rehabilitation over 7 days. The core hours of the AHP team are 08:30-16:30, and this post may involve weekend working.
