Full Job Description
- Embed a high-performance culture through effective coaching, development, and performance management.
- Take full ownership of day-to-day order management and contingency planning, with regular alignment with IT, Commercial, Planning & Logistics.
- Regularly review team goal progress, focusing on continuous improvement, and empower the team while providing guidance and support.
- Contribute effectively within the Customer Operations leadership and wider team, supporting the delivery of the Operational Excellence program and functional & business goals.
- Oversee resource planning to ensure sufficient cover 7 days a week.
- Support and represent the Customer Operations team at relevant internal meetings with cross-functional teams, relating to daily service, and provide subsequent coverage.
Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment with demanding KPIs. - Proficiency in SAP, AS400, and COGNOS.
- Good understanding of internal and external supply chains for product supply to retailers within FMCG is desirable.
- Significant experience in leading and developing a team.
- Ability to scope system requirements.
- Strong team management skills.
- Customer service and product supply chain experience.
- Good Excel skills.
- Numerate with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
