Own the Process: Lead the entire capital project pipeline-from initial concept to project completion-while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance, and efficiency. • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred), or relevant qualifications and experience in project management.
• Experience in project management within a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG or food and beverage. Candidates from other fast-paced or regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, paper, process, or chemical will also be considered.
• Strong leadership, governance, and process management skills, with the ability to manage complex capital projects.
• Passion for working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• A strategic thinker who is as comfortable with high-level planning as they are with day-to-day execution.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality, with experience implementing GMP standards.
