Trade Counter Branch Assistant

The essence of what we do is to provide excellent service. Utilising good people skills and building solid connections with our
customers, generating accurate quotations and orders using Window Designer, scheduling deliveries and collections, answer and
resolving any queries as they may arise. Being a team player within a close-knit team, supporting the contact of customers to
introduce Stevenswood's wider products and services and assisting with general branch operations.

• Product knowledge is highly desirable


• Full Driving License (Advantageous)


• Ability in building strong business relationships and rapport with trade customers


• Being a team player and delivering great customer service - finding solutions and thinking on your feet


• Ability to unload deliveries which involves heavy lifting


• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented


• Confident IT user - training on Window Designer and IT systems will be given

trade professionals and homeowners. With trade counters throughout the UK, we are part of the Customade Group, one of the UK's
leading manufacturers and suppliers of fenestration products to retail, trade, and distribution clients.

We are now looking for a Branch Assistant to come on board at our Inverness trade counter.
