Full Job Description
Support Analysts are critical to empowering some of the worlds most sophisticated investors by helping them navigate and maximise the capabilities of Addepar's Trading, Order Management System (OMS), and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) products. They serve as the first point of contact for addressing client questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal use of the platform in daily operations.

They excel in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, possess strong technical and financial acumen, and thrive on building relationships through direct client interactions.
What Youll Do
Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by Addepars clients
Provide hands-on support to our clients to ensure their ongoing happiness
Work in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
Evaluate the criticality of client issues and collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolve
Work closely and conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams to resolve issues
Work effectively with Product and Account Manager teams to manage and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Help clients use Addepar to the greatest extent through both functional and conceptual instruction
Prioritise and context-switch effectively to execute on simultaneous cases, seeing each through to the finish line
Become an expert on all things Addepar
Familiarity with trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instruments
Ideally you'll have a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
Superior communication, organisational, and time-management skills
Proficiency in math and strong analytical skills
Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
Interest in leveraging technology to solve complex financial challenges
1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities
[Plus] Previous experience in investment management or with Order Management Systems (OMS)
