Full Job Description

iMultiply are engaged with a growing business based in the West End of Glasgow, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Graduate Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in finance or accounting, looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.


You will be involved in, but not limited to:

  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Raise and manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and promptness
  • Post bank transactions and perform reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end processes, including preparing financial reports
  • Support in preparing VAT returns and other regulatory filings
  • Assist with general bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve financial queries
  • Provide support during internal audits
  • Help improve financial processes and systems

In order to succeed in this role, you will be:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn

This full time role offers a salary up to £27,000, with flexible hours and a flexible working philosophy.
