Trainee Mortgage Advisor / whole of the market / Aberdeen / £25,000 basic salary, rising to over £30,000 once signed off (OTE £60,000 - over £100,000) plus excellent benefits / full time, office based

We are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a highly regarded mortgage business, to secure a self-motivated trainee mortgage advisor for their busy branch in Aberdeen.

Training is first class and will give you the best start in your mortgage career.

Starting is salary is £25,000 which increases to over £30,000 as soon as you achieve your Competent Advisor Status (usually within three months). Employee benefits include uncapped monthly commission, pension, income protection and private medical healthcare. OTE tends to range between £60,000 to over £100,000.

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

• At least one years' experience within a customer and sales focused role ideally within mortgage/financial services sector however, other sectors will be considered;
• CeMAP qualified preferred but not essential;
• Passionate about becoming a Mortgage & Protection Advisor;
• Able to cope with high volume;
• Target-driven and self-motivated;
• Excellent team-working, customer service and interpersonal skills;
