Trainee Paraplanner / Reporting Assistant

Eden Scott's client is currently seeking a trainee paraplanner /reporting assistant to join a IFA company in Glasgow, the role will require you to be office base 5 days a week

The successful individual will be involved in the following duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist financial advisers in preparing client reports and financial plans
• Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations on pensions, investments, and other financial products
• Compile detailed financial reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and ensure smooth communication
• Help maintain client records and files
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge

Person Specification:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the financial planning sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role
• Knowledge of financial products (pensions, investments, etc.)
• Working towards or interested in pursuing relevant financial planning qualifications
