Role Overview:

Customer Service & Communication: Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, answer all incoming calls within departmental guidelines, and adhere to dealership trading terms.

Stock & Order Management: Verify orders against delivery notes, ensure proper storage of parts, and carry out stock checks while adhering to correct stock control methods.

Product Displays & Marketing: Maintain and update displays, ensure marketing brochures are current, and ensure exchange and warranty parts are returned clean and correctly labelled.

Procedures & Compliance: Adhere to procedures for cash handling, maintain the security of the parts department, and update stock ledgers as required.

Work Area Maintenance & Training: Maintain cleanliness in the work area, assist with warranty returns, and complete work-based training within agreed timescales.
