Trainee Quantity Surveyors

We have exciting opportunities for Trainee Quantity Surveyors to join our Story Scotland Early Careers Programme, based in our Blantyre office with travel required to sites - and there has never been a better time to join! At Story you will be supported by a welcoming and inclusive team of Quantity Surveyors to gain experience whilst attending university part-time working towards becoming a Qualified Quantity Surveyor at degree level. You will assist the Commercial team in the effective commercial control of development sites, understand the principles of development level risk and opportunity, learn how to support the commercial team to prepare project level budgets and much more.,

Do you want to make a difference in a growing business?, The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills and be computer literate in MS Office suite.
• Suitable entry requirements for the University course (SQA Highers at BBCC or equivalent).
• Driving license will be advantageous.
• Experience in Construction or the Civils environment is not required as you will learn all of this with Story Scotland.
