As one of our Estimators, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, making a tangible, sustainable impact on the world around us.

You'll work closely with the Senior Estimators and other teams across AtkinsRéalis, helping to ensure accurate reporting, benchmarking, and analysis of our clients' infrastructure costs.

And our portfolio of structured training will help you achieve your career aspirations too.

Your purpose :

  • Understand the pre-construction & construction processes.

  • Support multiple sectors across complex infrastructure.

  • Work alongside colleagues and provide support.

  • Support our clients and they are projects.

  • Take part in internal schemes and initiatives.

  • Follow a planned progression route., This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.


  • If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.

  • Good maths / Analytical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Good IT and O365 Skills.

  • Ideally have some experience in construction and estimating.
