Full Job Description
Working closely with Site Management and training team, the Training Co-Ordinator will provide planning support for all training as per site requirements. Working to report on current training completion and gaps you will collaborate closely with internal and external trainers to deliver a strong training plan ensuring compliance of all team members on site.,
- Track individual training records per role within each site/function to ensure compliance and supporting capability and work closely with trainers to close any capability gaps to meet KPI's
- Operate relevant systems and liaise with sites to ensure training compliance and functional training is being completed and to a satisfactory standard
- Manages general admin activities including invites, attendance records, certificate creation and management of files/folders
- Support sites by providing Training Evidence and Completion Rates
- Raise relevant PO for training bookings
- Proactively use the learning curriculums and materials on Diageo E-Learning platform and other sources to continuously grow and develop in role.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. We are looking for someone with a passion for Learning and Development. Attention to detail and self prioritisation will support you well in this role., Excellent analytical skills with ability to drive improvements. - Ability to organise a variety of tasks and prioritise self and others accordingly.
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Experienced in data analysis, use of applications (Excel, Word, MS office etc.) and business systems.
- Knowledge of working within the Performance Management structure of KPI's and Tier Review Meeting Structure
