Our Training & development Managers are dedicated to providing our Licensees and Just Add Talent operators with training that will allow them to improve their business sustainability and work in the most efficient and effective way possible. This means creating and delivering punchy training content that will engage participants and land our messages. To do this you will need to work with a variety of internal stakeholders for input, external stakeholders for content / execution - and listen to feedback to constantly improve and develop our programmes. Content can be in the form of an interactive virtual course, checklist, E-learning - or…you tell us! You'll keep up to date with how the market is changing to adapt our training materials to bring that knowledge into our business - you might even think of new ways to engage that are market-leading! We'd like our Training & Development Managers to get to know our Licensees, regularly catching up with high-performing customers, understanding their success stories, and then transforming this into key learning interventions that can be stored and shared with the rest of STAR. Your training content and delivery will be fundamental in demonstrating our mission bring out the best in the great British pub.
You'll need to have experience in group training and /or presenting, with a proven track record in content design - bringing some fabulous examples with you. With Hospitality experience or a background in retail operations / customer service with a passion for training and development. We're looking for people who will take this role forward through confident communication and engagement with key stakeholders. You'll need to be self-motivated, enjoy working from home, which will take up 60% of your time, as well as getting out into the business.
