Full Job Description

  • Accountable for the monitoring, reporting and change control to the progress of training workstreams through the design, development, implementation and evaluation phases to ensure customers are kept engaged with the status of their agreed requirements
  • Accountable to the Project Manager and/or the Control Account Manager monitoring the planning, resourcing and management of the ATC Training Work Package ensuring Work Package goals are met, on time, to cost and to the required quality
  • Accountable for the facilitation and completion of the Training Needs Analysis process to ensure the produced training objectives are detailed and effective in bridging the learning gap

    Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent experience, preferably training related
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and team works well in a team
  • Have sound analytical, written and presentation skills, provide accurate, unambiguous documentation and ability to communicate at all levels of NATS staff
  • Be able to work independently or with minimal management input whilst maintaining timescale, delivering with the required quality and on budget
  • Initiative, judgement and prioritising skills
  • Have an understanding of allocation, management of resources and budgets
  • Have experience of work package creation
  • Have experience or knowledge of working within a project or work package, in particular project planning and management skills
