Neighbourhood Services are delighted to offer this exciting multi-functional, challenging role within a small friendly team based in the Transport Dept. You will lead and oversee several areas of front line services such as: Facilities/Depot maintenance & repairs management, School Transport Services, Safe Systems of Work processes, Fleet Maintenance Programmes, effective compliance management of Operator Licensing Regulations.

 We need someone with significant supervisory experience in all areas of depot /fleet operations.

Ideally, the successful post holder will have significant experience in a similar role within Fleet /Transport operations as well as good facilities management knowledge. A thorough understanding of Operator Licensing Regulations is essential. Experience with modern ICT platforms and vehicle Telematics is also required to support effective control of all fleet operations such as, tachograph compliance, vehicle routing, WTD regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules.
