Trauma Risk Management Delivery Manager Temporary up to 6 months Internal only

The primary focus of the role is to enhance the health and wellbeing of staff by minimising the impact of traumatic events on those involved. In this role you will:

• Manage the day-to-day TRiM activity as potentially traumatic incidents occur
• Co-ordinate and motivate a diverse team of volunteer TRiM practitioners and TRiM Managers
• Be available to advise local managers to the benefits of TRiM as events occur
• Work with cross organisational stakeholders to educate and explain the benefits of peer delivered welfare initiatives
  
  Has experience of delivering TRiM and/or other welfare initiatives
• Has either experience in the RNLI or a relevant emergency service or SAR setting
• Is a confident communicator
• Has an empathetic approach in the way they deal with people
• Feels comfortable taking the lead and co-ordinating events in what may perceived to be difficult circumstances
