Treasury Manager

Salary: GSB6 £50,492.00 to £63.254.00 per annum, plus Market Rate allowance of 7.41%


This post is based at Link’s Edinburgh office. However, hybrid working is available with this role.


Alternative working patterns and/or working arrangements will be considered.


The Role


An exciting opportunity has arisen within Link Group as a Treasury Manager. This is a key post within the Finance team and will play a strategic role in the management, development and delivery of treasury management across the group.


The postholder will be responsible for the operational treasury management and monitoring of external funding requirements in compliance with Link Group’s established processes and procedures. In addition, the successful candidate will ensure that all activities undertaken by the team not only meet legislation, corporate governance and best practice standards but also the needs of the business.


The role involves being responsible for developing and managing long-term financial projections, creating and maintaining financial models, and providing timely responses to lender queries


The Treasury Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial strategy by ensuring the accurate forecasting of cash flows, optimising liquidity management, and facilitating relationships with financial institutions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively are essential for success in this role.

About You


Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, as well as being a qualified accountant with a recognised accounting body or hold a qualification with the Association of Corporate Treasurers, you will have proven experience in a financial or management accounting role, or in a treasury management role.


The role requires experience and knowledge of financial accounting and experience of working within a finance setting in a multi-site environment, with a strong customer focus.


Well developed interpersonal and relationship management skills as well as an advanced level of IT skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft systems, web enabled IT tools and software are essential for this post.
