Join our Asset & Technology Solutions team as an Underground Utilities Surveyor on projects where you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you. As a Utilities Surveyor you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the projects carrying out Underground Utility Surveys on our sites all around UK and on various projects. What you'll be doing As an Underground Utilities Surveyor you will:
- Carry out Underground Utility Surveys on sites all around UK and on various projects
- Provide assistance and support to all Survey Department members
- Complete surveys to set deadlines and specifications
- Ensure all documentation is produced within the right templates and standards
- Ensure all relevant Processes and Procedures are in place and are adhered to
- Provide an effective conflict resolution where and when the need arises
- Living and delivering the Balfour Beatty values in accordance with our Golden Rules for the high standard of Health and Safety compliance and ensuring that other department team members do the same.
You will have the following experience: - Experience in carrying out Underground Utility Mapping Surveys
- Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and specifications
- Knowledge of GPR, EML, Sonde, Flexi Trace and other Underground Utility Surveying Equipment
