Full Job Description
The staff nurses or occupational therapists will work closely with the Community CAMHS teams to provide seamless care for young people., 5 to 37 hours (pro rata for part-time staff) without loss of earnings. NHS Ayrshire and Arran will implement this change but it may not be possible to fully transition from 1 April and there may therefore be some areas of the organisation where implementation may take longer. If the department is currently unable to safely accommodate the reduced hours from 1st April, you may be required to work 37. 5 hours per week (pro rata for part-time staff) until the department can meet the requirements without impacting patient safety - you will, of course, be remunerated accordingly. NHS Ayrshire and Arran is committed to full implementation of the 37 hour working week across all areas as soon as it is safe to do so,

NHS Ayrshire and Arran CAMHS are excited to announce that we are recruiting for forward thinking and motivated Staff Nurses and Occupational Therapists to join our developing Unscheduled and Intensive Support team providing high quality assessment and care for young people aged 5-18 years old at times of crisis and who may require intensive support for a limited time., You will be a skilled, hard-working and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Learning Disability Nurse or Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering high quality and effective services for the young people and their families / carers of Ayrshire at times of high distress. You will have excellent communication and clinical skills, and be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently. In addition you should have an understanding of the legislation and guidance for safeguarding children and young people.
