Full Job Description

  • This is a customer facing role where you will ensure the security of people and property.

  • Presenting at all times as smart and alert

  • Access/Egress control and securing customer premises.

  • Report security and welfare incidents accurately and in detail, digitally and in daily occurrence books.

  • Effectively deal with emergency situations and communicate and work with colleagues and emergency services when required.

  • Monitoring CCTV

  • Lock /Unlock of flats/rooms to provide access when required.

  • Investigation and resolving fire alarm activations - experience and understanding of fire panels is an advantage.

  • Regular internal and external patrols and be a visible presence to help deter criminal activity and reassure residents of their safety and security.

    We are looking for someone with experience within the security industry and with a valid frontline SIA licence., Valid Frontline SIA licence.

  • Commitment to providing first-class customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Reliability.

  • Punctuality.
