3-4 days per week onsite
400 per day
Cathcart Technology are working with a well established company that have an urgent requirment for an IT Operations Manager to join the team.
You will play a crucial role managing the help desk team whilst identifying key measures to improve current service and best practices.
Key aspects of role:
** Identification of key measures to improve current service
** Day to day management of current help desk team
** Defining Processes & Process Improvement
** Operational Management
** Strong Technical Ability.
