Full Job Description

Location – Ibrox Community Complex, 80 Hinshelwood Drive, Glasgow, G51 2XP

 

Key responsibilities of the role:


Support the daily operations of the venue to ensure the highest levels of customer service.

Implement the venues cleaning and housekeeping arrangements in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

Comply with the various the repairs and maintenance processes to ensure the venue is available as required.

Assist the Duty Manager & Duty Officers in the management of the venues Fire evacuation and testing procedures.

Ensure the various stores are being managed and operated in an appropriate ,safe and effective manner.

Implementation, maintain and monitoring of the venues operational processes around chemicals hazardous to health (COSHH) and the associated handling processes are applied effectively. 

Supervise programmed areas and follow the venues accident and reporting processes to ensure a safe, reliable and effective service at all times.

Ensure sports equipment is being erected and dismantled effectively for all activities.

Support the wider staff and volunteers of the Foundation with the various programmes and activities planned at the venue.
