Full Job Description

The successful candidate will require to hold a clean driver's licence and must be licensed to drive vehicle with manual gears. Working hours will be agreed with the successful candidate but will be split across 3 days, one of which will include a Saturday (9:30am to 2pm)

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

  • Identify and secure new valuation opportunities


  • Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm with a particular focus on cross selling mortgage and conveyancing leads


  • Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times


  • JOB PURPOSE
  • Show prospective buyers/tenants our stock of sale/lease properties

  • Promote the main features of each property

  • Highlight other suitable properties to viewers


  • Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors, Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords

  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients

  • Identify viewers specific property search requirements

  • Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings

  • Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
