Full Job Description
Aberdein Considine are looking for a part time Viewing Agent to join our busy office in Dyce. The successful candidate will require to hold a clean driver's licence and must be licensed to drive a vehicle with manual gears. For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to work evenings and weekends. ROLE OF DEPARTMENT
- Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
- Successfully convert valuations to new business
- Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
- Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
- Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times, Show prospective buyers our stock of sale properties
- Promote the main features of each property
- Highlight other suitable properties to viewers
- Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors, Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
- Identify viewers specific property search requirements
- Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine

- Experience of cross selling and building business, Knowledge of the conveyancing process (buying and selling)
