Aberdein Considine are looking for a part time Viewing Agent to join our busy office in Dyce. The successful candidate will require to hold a clean driver's licence and must be licensed to drive a vehicle with manual gears. For the avoidance of doubt, you will be required to work evenings and weekends. ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

• Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
• Successfully convert valuations to new business
• Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
• Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
• Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times, Show prospective buyers our stock of sale properties
• Promote the main features of each property
• Highlight other suitable properties to viewers
• Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors, Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers
• Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
• Identify viewers specific property search requirements
• Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
• Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
