  • Technical Leadership: Architecture & Design of core/customer networks, encompassing strategic growth, capacity management and optimisation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate opportunities to continuously improve business efficiency.
  • Standards and Best Practices: Governance of all technology decisions, technical specifications, and requests for change
  • Knowledge Transfer: Provide expert technical support to department and to Customers; make recommendations on complex matters. Suggesting improvements to processes, devise and implement corrective actions where problems arise
  • Adherence to corporate, commercial and customer standards regarding documentation quality
  • Meeting/exceeding the demands of key stakeholders in the delivery of accurate designs, advice and input in a timely manner.
  •   Who You Are  
  • Voice Solution design experience including on premise CUCM, SIP Trunking, IP Telephony
  • Network Architecture and design knowledge including QoS and LAN technologies.
  • Security and Compliance - concepts including PKI, 802.1x, End to End encryption (including Next Generation Encryption)  
  • Ability to communication effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Professional experience with an architectural or senior design/development role
  • Security Clearance: This position requires the person to maintain Customer Confidentiality and to be eligible or hold Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance  Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
