Housing Services within Stirling Council are currently looking to recruit a Void & Homeless Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our in-house trade team. We currently provide Repair and Maintenance services across our housing portfolio as well as, Capital Investment works, Major Adaptations and Refurbishments and the construction of New Build Housing for our tenants. 

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of cleaning including deep cleaning of stairwells/closes, cleans to newly repaired empty proprieties, housekeeping in our homeless accommodation and any other cleaning requirements to assist with any of the workstreams undertaken by our trade teams. 

The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, have previous cleaning experience and have the ability to work as part of a busy multi-disciplinary team.

You must be Health & Safety conscious to ensure that our high standard of safety within the working environment is maintained at all times to safeguard the workforce, tenants and public at all times.
