Waiter / Waitress to join independent front of house. Part & Full time

We are looking forafriendlyand passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our small independent front of house team Edinburghs west end.

TheWaiter/Waitresswill beassistingthe management team withthe smooth running of a section of the restaurant for lunch and dinner services.

You will beworking closely with the restaurant and bar teamsto deliver an impeccable service and make our guests experience memorable.

Responsibilities as aWaiter/Waitress

• Be exceptionally organised and comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.


• Thrive on sharing your passion for food and wine with the team and our guests


• Be a team player, committed, engaged and respectful.


• Ensuring the highest levels of service are consistently provided


• Ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and to the standard set out


• Ensuring effective and engaging daily briefings before each service


• Building guest loyalty constantly building knowledge on restaurants offering to provide individual and engaging service at all times
  
  You must have a passion and keen interest for the fine dining restaurant industry


• Be a good team player, a hard worker and above all, great people skills


• Experience is preferred but not essential.
